This is the second of four permanent 50% discounts that will be offered throughout each quarter of 2025. Thank you all for reading and supporting The Red Black Green Baseball Blog. Passing the 300 subscriber mark during March of 2025 has been a huge accomplishment, and it is a motivating achievement. I will have MLB and MiLB credentials for the 2025 season, which will allow me to write a wider range of high-quality stories about Black baseball players, coaches/managers, umpires, broadcasters, etc.

The Red, Black Green Baseball Blog focuses on the African diaspora’s past, present, and future relationship with professional baseball. Black baseball history is expansive, stretching from Nicaragua and Alabama to Japan and South Sudan. While many think that baseball is dying within the African-American community and across the entire African diaspora, the opposite is true. Baseball has taken huge leaps forward on the African continent during the 21st century. While not known for producing professional baseball players, the Anglophone Caribbean has had a relatively large contingent of millennial and Gen-Z baseball talent reach the upper minors and majors during the 2010s and 2020s. The Red Black Green Baseball Blog offers articles based on Black baseball history, player evaluation, and commentary on important current events involving active Black players within the sport.
